At L &B , we have a 1-day Return Policy which gives you the option to inform within 1 day i.e 24 hrs to return purchased items which is 1 days from the date of delivery 1. All returned items are run past our quality checklist, and the refund/replacement is processed only once it passes this stage. 2. The returned items must be undamaged and handed over as delivered, with the tags intact. 3. Returned items with damages caused due to negligence, improper usage or application are not covered under this return policy. 4. A Return Form with a legible Return ID must accompany the returned item(s). 5. Special rules for promotional offers might override this Return Policy. 6. While we strive to serve as many customers as we can, the reverse pick-up as a facility for some of the remote locations is currently unavailable. But be rest assured that we are working towards it. In the interim, you can dispatch the product back to us (while you self-ship the product to us) at the below address after having generated a Return ID, and we will initiate the refund once we have received the product and the quality check parameters are in place.

7. Convenience fees and delivery charges are non-refundable. To process your refund seamlessly, articles paid via Cash on Delivery we will initiate a payout link through our trusted partner, Razorpay via SMS and Email to your registered Mobile number and email ID. Please use the link to process your refund via UPI or NEFT. Refunds of articles paid via Prepayment routes will be credited to the original Prepayment account within 5-7 working days of quality check.
