A.  L & B does not offer refunds for “orders no longer wanted” by Customer or or gifts not wanted by Recipients. Products which are damaged in transit will be replaced.

Any unredeemed eGifts may be converted to Corporate or individual gift Credit for 100% of gift value or refunded back to your payment method for gift value less 15% service charge (as we incur expenses to support eGift transactions). Unclaimed balances will be converted to Corporate or Individual gift Credits automatically after 90 days from the date of transaction. Corporate or Individual gift Credits must be used within 3 months of their issue date.

Customer shall indemnify L & B for any liability, including reasonable legal fees and reasonable costs for any violation of this Agreement by Customer. The Customer shall indemnify and save and hold L & B, its, subsidiaries, employees, officers, directors, subcontractors, and agents harmless from any and all claims, demands, suits, costs, judgments or other forms of liability to third parties, actual or claimed (whether or not such allegations may be false, fraudulent or groundless), including attorney fees, for representations made by Customer under this Agreement. Upon timely written notice from L & B, the Customer shall defend L & B in any such action or proceeding brought thereon.
